Design Notes

Considering that TMV is a mature carrier in plant chassis, we believe that TMV RNA-dependent RNA polymerase should also be able to copy and transcribe specific RNA in plants. Therefore, we selected TMV RNA-dependent RNA polymerase as a functional protein that extends the half-life of a specific RNA.
